Hola!  I’m Karen De la Vega, a freelance illustrator from Monterrey, México.

After graduating from my bachelor’s degree in child/educational psychology in 2021, I decided to follow my creative impulse, combined with my knowledge, to develop appealing characters and illustrations to tell great stories!  

When not drawing, I enjoy meditation, singing and dancing to 80’s songs, daydreaming and cuddle with my dog.

I’m also currently working on the development of original projects as an upcoming author/illustrator in the near future!
